I am now on tray 13…I’m not gonna lie the first day or so was not my favorite but its better now. I was looking in the mirror this morning, and I am definitely beginning to see some changes, mostly on my bottom teeth. At my last appointment, Dr. Goggans said everything was looking like it was supposed to. Invisalign has been so simple. It made my wedding day easier as well. I just popped them out for the wedding and pictures, and they went back in later!
I usually like to soak them in peroxide water for just a bit while I’m eating…that seems to keep them good and clear. If I don’t have that handy, I try to keep a toothbrush and toothpaste with me when I’m out so that my mouth will feel clean after I eat.
It still amazes me that people don’t even notice that I have them. Not that I’m complaining 
It’s great!! I just realized that tray 13 means I am halfway through my treatment!!! That’s so exciting…it has gone by pretty quickly. I am ready to see the end results!!
