Ok it’s been a while, I just started tray 23 this morning. Surprisingly, it has not been too tight today; it really only hurt a little when I took them out for lunch. I have three more trays to go, which I am so excited about. The time has flown by!
At my last appointment, Dr. Fender told me he was very happy with my progress, and he thought we would definitely reach the desired look. However, we may have to do what Dr. Fender referred to as a refinement period. Basically, this just means they may make new impressions of my teeth and order some more trays. I’m not sure exactly how many it will be. I am getting ready to be finished, not because it’s been a bad process, but I’m just ready to see the end result. I was looking back over my first pictures and I can’t get over how much my teeth have moved.
I was looking at some other people’s blogs as well to see what they had experienced. Most everyone has said they were very happy they chose Invisalign, and said their teeth were moving so well. I really haven’t read anything negative about the treatment.
There have been a few times that I have gone to sleep with my trays out, and putting them in the next morning was no fun! Oh, and one day I decided that I would chew a piece of gum and I just didn’t think about taking my trays out! That was a major mess to have to clean. 
As long as you wear them like you are supposed to, you don’t really have much trouble. Okay well that’s all for now I’ll write more soon………Candace
